CHERRYPIC, a unique new shoe boutique on Newry’s Bridge Street officially launched this week with special guest Grainne McCoy from the Apprentice.
The store, the brainchild of Siobhan Connolly who also owns Deli Lites, Newry, brings many exclusive European brands to the city including AS98 (not available anywhere else in Ireland), Ash, Kanna, Le Babe, Felmini, Moda in Pelle and Le Babe among others.
Siobhan says: “It was while on a trip to Verona that I was struck by the fabulous shoe brands they had that I’ve never seen in Ireland – North or South. Being a dedicated shoe lover..it created curiosity. When I came home I started doing a bit of research and shortly afterwards I’d secured some exclusive brands for a new shoe store. The premises on Bridge Street came up and that was the start of the journey. We like to think that CHERRYPIC is modern, edgy and a first for Newry.”
The store, which opened earlier this month, employs 3 new staff and is managed by Aislinn Toal.
Fabulous shoes rub heels with accessories from award winning Irish Designer Blaithin Ennis Jewellery and hot new accessory brand Belle & Fox.
CHERRYPIC promises to deliver the very best styles from contemporary brands for women who love style but won’t compromise quality. The store also sells online and via Facebook.
